📰 I’ve been a news designer with The Washington Post since 2020 and I currently work with the climate team on digital projects and special print products. In my time here, I’ve worked on a little bit of everything, including art direction, digital projects, special digital and print sections and daily and weekly print design, including A1 and Sunday Business.

🎓 I attended Ball State University (chirp chirp) and graduated with a degree in journalism graphics.

🖥 I previously interned for GateHouse Media (now Gannett) on the digital innovation team, de//space where I built digital experiences and custom graphics to supplement in-depth storytelling. I also spent a summer with PATTERN Magazine in Indianapolis as a designer.

🗞 At Ball State, I was the creative director for The Ball State Daily News. I was also the art director for Ball Bearings Magazine.

🤿 When I’m not working, I enjoy scuba diving, traveling and creating art.
